We use PII to customize the Site, make service offerings, fulfill requests, email about opportunities, and respond to specific inquiries or provide requested information.
PII may be shared with other Authorized Customers for transaction evaluation. We share aggregated demographics with affiliates and vendors. You can “opt out” at any time.
PII collected by Veritas Vans is securely stored and is not accessible to third parties or employees except for use as indicated in this policy.

Our service providers also use cookies that may be stored on your computer when you visit our website.
We use advertising tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn to measure which ads bring people to our Site and to show our ads to people who may be interested in our products.
Meta: our pages use the Meta Pixel. We also send certain events, such as purchases and business inquiries, to Meta from our servers through Meta’s Conversions API, with your email address and phone number in hashed (scrambled) form.
LinkedIn: our business pages (such as /fleets and /business-internet) and business articles use the LinkedIn Insight Tag. When you send a business inquiry, book a call, or place a business order, we send that event to LinkedIn through its Conversions API with your email address in hashed form and, if you provided them, your name and company, so LinkedIn can match it to your LinkedIn account.
Business inquiries are kept in our customer relationship system (HubSpot), along with the ad campaign that brought you to our Site, so our team can follow up.
We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals for this advertising tracking. You can also manage ad preferences in your Meta and LinkedIn account settings.
Veritas Vans uses login information including IP addresses, ISPs, browser types, pages visited, date and time of visit, to analyze trends, administer the Site, track user movement, and gather broad demographic information.
Veritas Vans partners and vendors may have access to certain PII on a need-to-know basis for evaluating Authorized Customers for service eligibility. Our privacy policy does not cover their collection or use of this information.
All employees are familiar with our security policy. PII is only accessible to a limited number of qualified employees. We audit our security systems regularly. Sensitive information is protected by encryption protocols. While we take commercially reasonable measures, we cannot guarantee that errors, tampering, or break-ins will not occur.

Contact us to delete/deactivate PII. Some residual information may remain in backups, but deactivated data will not be sold, transferred, or used.

We do not address anyone under 18 or knowingly collect their PII. Contact us immediately if your child provided personal information.
We will disclose PII to comply with court orders, subpoenas, or law enforcement requests, and when necessary to protect safety.
