Every Veritas design is drawn, engineered, and weather-tested in America, from our Starlink mounts to our travel cases and power systems. That work is protected by patent filings, trademarks, trade dress, and copyright. Here's what that covers.

Multiple applications, on file and in preparation.
Our filings with the United States Patent and Trademark Office cover mount frames, attachment interfaces, and enclosure designs across the lineup. The specifics stay in the filings, and there is more on the drafting table right now.
Trademarks
The VERITAS VANS name and logo identify our products.
Using our name, logo, or confusingly similar branding on products, listings, packaging, or advertising is trademark infringement. If it doesn't come from us or an authorized dealer, it isn't Veritas.
Trade dress & product identity
The look of a Veritas product is part of the product.
The distinctive appearance of our designs and packaging identifies them as ours. Imitating that appearance to ride on our reputation is passing off, and we treat it that way.
Copyright
Every photo, drawing, and word is ours.
Product photography, renderings, technical drawings, listing copy, manuals, and this website are copyrighted Veritas Vans works. Lifting our images or copy for a marketplace listing is infringement the moment it's pasted.
Enforcement
We monitor. We act.
We actively watch marketplaces, storefronts, and the web for our designs, our images, and our name. When we find infringement, we act on it: takedown notices, marketplace IP complaints, and legal follow-through where it's warranted.
We'd rather compete on engineering than paperwork. But we drew these designs, we filed them, and we'll defend them.

Notice to marketplace sellers
Unauthorized use of Veritas Vans product images, copy, branding, or designs on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or any other marketplace will result in intellectual-property complaints, listing takedowns, and further action where appropriate.

Are Veritas products patented?
Veritas designs are patent pending, with multiple applications on file and in preparation at the USPTO. We file when a design is worth protecting, and we keep the details in the filings.
Does "patent pending" mean the products aren't protected yet?
Our patent applications establish our place in line at the USPTO. In the meantime, our trademarks, trade dress, and copyrights are enforceable today, and we enforce them.
Can I use Veritas photos, drawings, or the Veritas name in my listing?
No. Our images, copy, and branding may not be used without written permission. Authorized dealers get approved brand assets through the dealer program.
How do I report a knockoff or an unauthorized listing?
Email support@veritasvans.com with a link to the listing. We review every report, and when we find infringement we act on it.
