These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, applicable to agreements made and performed entirely within California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action shall be commenced in the state and federal courts located in San Luis Obispo, California. No claim related to the Site may be commenced more than one (1) year after the cause of action arose.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to exercise any right shall not be a waiver. If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it is deemed severable and does not affect remaining provisions. No joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship is created.
